Returns & Exchanges Policy

 

We want you to love your fabric! Because the nature of our products involves cutting from larger bolts, we have a specific policy for returns and exchanges. Please read the following guidelines carefully.

 

General Policy

 

  • Time Limit: All returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of your order's delivery date.

  • Original Condition: All items must be returned in their original, unused, and unwashed condition, free of odors, pet hair, or any damage.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must have your original order number for all returns and exchanges.

  • Final Sale: All sale, clearance, and discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Policy by Product Type

 

 

Precut Fabric (e.g., Charm Packs, Layer Cakes, Jelly Rolls, Fat Quarter Bundles)

 

  • Returns: We accept returns on precut fabric, provided the packaging has not been opened and the item is in its original, sealed condition.

  • Exchanges: Exchanges for unopened precuts are permitted, subject to availability.

 

Fabric Cut from the Bolt (Yardage)

 

  • No Returns or Exchanges: Once fabric is cut from the bolt to fulfill your order, it is considered a custom cut and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Why? This fabric cannot be resold as new yardage. Please double-check your measurements and color choices before submitting your order.

 

What If My Item is Damaged or Defective?

 

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, flawed, or incorrect (e.g., wrong fabric line or length), please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please email us at [Insert Email Address Here] with your order number and a clear photo of the damage or defect.

  • We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement item or issue a full refund, including original shipping, upon confirmation of the defect.

 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Provide Details: In the email, include:

    • Your full name and order number.

    • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

    • The reason for the return (e.g., unopened precut, damaged item).

  3. Wait for Confirmation: We will review your request and reply within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Do not send your item back until you have received this RA number.

  4. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided in your confirmation email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

 

Refunds

 

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds cannot be used toward shipping charges.
